From before the term “podcast” even existed, I was working alongside the earliest godfathers of podcasting, such as The Infidelguy (who gave birth to so many podcasts and science podcasters to this day) to improve workflow and technology for getting episodes out on time, sounding good, and capable of dealing with multiple apps and guests in real-time.
REAPER’s development itself was highly influenced by the issues we saw the budding podcasters face. I even created a Multi Band Compressor setup capable of dealing with the squeakiness of Richard Carrier’s voice!
