Installation instructions:
This plugin requires three parts:
1. the plugin file (the *.dll, *.au or whatever)
2. A library folder. The library folder should work with all versions of the plugin (mac, windows, 32 and 64 bit)
3. The UNIVERSAL MS2 file
Windows:
1. Place the folder called “KMS Drums SSE.instruments” into your VST Plugins folder
2. Place the Plugin Only DLL called “KMS Drums SSE.dll” into your VST Plugins folder
3. Place the UNIVERSAL *.ms2 file into your VST PluginsKMS Drums SSE.instruments folder. On most updates, you will place this file into your VST PluginsKMS Drums SSE.instruments folder. Be sure to delete the older *ms2 file when done!
OSX VST:
1. Place the FOLDER “KMS Drums SSE.vst”, from the Plugin Only file, with all of its contents into your VST Plugins folder
2. Extract all the waves from the “Library Files Only” download into KMS Drums SSE.vstContentsResources
3. Place the UNIVERSAL *.ms2 file into KMS Drums SSE.vstContentsResources
OSX Audio Units:
1. Place the FOLDER ”KMS Drums SSE.vst”, from the Plugin Only file, with all of its contents into your audio units folder
2. Extract all the waves from the “Library Files Only” download into KMS Drums SSE.componentContentsResources
3. Place the UNIVERSAL *.ms2 file into KMS Drums SSE.componentContentsResources
If you have previously downloaded the original version of this plugin, please delete any “*.mse” files you have on your hard drive. Be sure your library path contains the new wave files instead

The SFZ file, REAPER Notemap, a REAPER Track Template and a sample REAPER Project are here, so you can easily save as a track template and get going with KMS Drums right away! The SFZ file will likely require some editing on your end to correctly fit your setup.
Some details about this sample set
Each drum is recorded with 8 velocity levels and 8 levels of round robin
Each hit consists of a stereo overhead sample, a stereo room sample, and one or more direct mics
The kick drum has an additional outside mic and a dynamic and condenser inside mic
The snare drum and toms each have an additional bottom mic and a dynamic and condenser top mic
The VST-i Plugin has 16 outs routed as follows:
1-2: Overhead
3-4: Room
5: Kick
6: Snare
7: High Tom
8: Mid Tom
9: Low Tom
10: Floor Tom
11: Hi hat
12: Ride
13: Left Crash
14: Right Crash
15: Splash
16: China
